Illuminated by artist responsible for Oxford, Bodleian Library, Ms. Auct. F.6.5 and Hereford Cathedral Library, Ms. 0.5.XI. French prayer on pastedown.

Long thought to have been made for Shaftesbury Abbey, Dorset, but recently argued to have been made for Queen Adeliza of Louvain, widow of Henry I, from a Shaftesbury model (Kauffmann, 2001).
