On the reverse side there is a full-sized image of the Prophet Elijah with a scroll in his hand.

Tempera on wood, gold, emeralds, chasing, engraving, enamel.
A wooden eight-edged cross with painted "Crucifixion", all sides are plaqued with gold.
The facial side is decorated with chased floral ornament, three emeralds in rectangular gold settings with enamel.
The halo of Christ is decorated with a chased diadem.
Lateral sides of the cross are decorated with engraved herbal ornament.
Under the images there is an engraved inscription stating: "This Holy Cross was made in the city of Yaroslavl protected by God in the street Proboina for the church of the Miracle of the Intercession of the Virgin and the Saint Glorious Prophet Elijah on the 1st of September 7166".
