Black velvet around the shoulders is decorated with pearls, gems, glass, and studs. Twisted stems and crowns compose the ornament.
The phelonion is sewn of Turkish "digged" gold-woven velvet with large ornament composed of stars and cross-shaped figures filled out with stylized tulips and pinks.
The lower edge is sewn of three strips.
The large one in the middle is of Turkish gold-woven satin with an ornament of vertical stems with flowers and leaves on a crimson background.
Upper and lower there are narrow strips of blue Iranian silk moire with ornament of flower-bushes.
Lining - wine-colored canvas.
