- With Her head slightly bowed She reveals the relationship with archangel Gabriel.

The hiton and maphorion are partly repainted.
- One of the five medallions on the revetment on the upper part of the frame is missing.
On the lower part of the frame, which also undoubtedly had five medallions, only one remains and a quarter of another has been preserved.
- In the conservation, done in the laboratory of the IPCM, Skopje soot and dust was lightly cleaned. However, the layer of paint from the later repainting of the Maria’s hiton and maphorion was not removed.
